ClayCard Privacy Policy

Effective July 24, 2026

ClayCard is a sporting clays scorecard application. This policy explains how information is handled when you use ClayCard.

Information stored by ClayCard

ClayCard may store information you enter, including shooter names, course names, station configurations, presentation settings, scores, and station notes.

This information is stored locally on your device so ClayCard can provide its scoring and record-keeping features.

Data collection

ClayCard does not transmit your shooter information, scores, courses, notes, or saved rounds to the developer.

ClayCard does not use advertising networks, analytics services, tracking technologies, or developer-operated user accounts.

In-App Purchases

ClayCard offers a free 30-day trial and a one-time permanent unlock through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

Apple processes these transactions according to Apple’s own privacy practices. ClayCard receives only the purchase entitlement needed to determine whether trial or permanent access is active.

Data retention and deletion

Your ClayCard records remain on your device until you delete them within the app or remove the app from your device.

Removing ClayCard may delete locally stored courses, shooters, notes, scores, and saved rounds. The developer does not maintain a server copy that can be recovered for you.

Children’s privacy

ClayCard is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if ClayCard’s features or privacy practices change. The effective date will be revised when material changes are made.
